Overview Menu

Your home base when you log into Galaxy. Everything that matters shows up here at a glance, organized and ready to explore.

Recent Apps

Your most recently active applications show up instantly in this section.

Each app card displays what matters for a quick status check: the app name, current status, container count, and plan tier. One glance tells you everything.

Click any app name to jump to its management page. That's where you configure deployments, scale containers, view logs, and make changes. See something stuck or unexpected? Click it and investigate.

Click "View All" for your complete app list. Useful when you have many apps and you're hunting for one that's not in the recent section.

Check Overview first when you log in. It's the fastest way to see what's running and what needs attention.

Recent Databases

Similar to apps, your most recent database clusters appear here for a quick view of your data layer.

Each card shows the database name, type (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis), version (like MongoDB 8.0.4), and current status. This quick glance tells you whether databases are running smoothly or need attention.

Click any database to open its management page. View connection credentials, check performance metrics, manage backups, and scale as your needs grow.

Click "View All" to browse your entire database collection. Handy when you need to find a specific one that's not in the recent list.

Database showing "Provisioning" or "Failed"? Click into it to see what's happening. Logs and details are right there.

Making the Most of Overview

Overview is your jumping-off point, not your command center. Use it to get oriented when you log in and spot anything needing attention.

Notice an app or database with an unusual status? That's your signal to click in and investigate. Status changes often signal something important, and logs explain why.

The beauty of Overview? It shows you what matters in seconds. You don't need to be a Galaxy expert to scan this page and know what's running, what's stopped, and whether anything looks wrong.
